Quick Summary

1. Order Process

Orders are processed within 2 working days from the time they are received.
We will contact you by email regarding any updates to your order and the day of delivery.


2. Cost of Delivery

(Updated 12/04/22 and until further notice)
We offer free delivery by courier to all Malta and Gozo on orders over €50.
A delivery fee of €5 applies on all other orders, irrespective of location.


3. Delivery Details

  • Delivery day is scheduled once your order is processed.

  • Delivery day will be confirmed with you via email.

  • Couriers deliver according to their route and workload. We cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery.

  • We aim to deliver within 3 working days from order processing.

  • This could take longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

  • Delivery is made strictly up to the main door on the ground floor.

  • The courier will not enter your premises or bring goods upstairs.

  • Assembly service is not offered by couriers.

  • All products come with easy-to-follow assembly instructions.

A. Conditions on Orders, Delivery and Returns

1. Order Processing

Orders placed on this website are processed within 2 working days and are normally delivered within 5 working days from order confirmation.
Working days are Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

Once you place an order, a system-generated confirmation will be sent to the email address registered on this website.
If no email is received within a few minutes, please check your spam folder and add our email address to your safe-senders list.

Once we process your order, we will get in touch to confirm the availability of the goods ordered and to arrange delivery or store pickup.

If our email is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder and add our email address to your safe-senders list.

While we regularly update the stock availability shown on the website, it may not always reflect real-time stock levels.
If a product you ordered is not readily available, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
You have the right to cancel any item(s) while the order is still being processed.
Delivery charge rules will apply based on the final order total.


2. Payment

Available payment options are Cash on Delivery or Card Payment.
If you prefer to pay by Bank Transfer, please contact us for more details.

Payments by cheque are not accepted.

Credit notes and gift vouchers issued by our shop can be redeemed for online purchases.
When placing your order, please insert a note in the checkout textbox indicating the voucher number and its value.
If the full value of the voucher is not used, we will issue and send you an updated voucher with the remaining balance.


3. Deliveries

Delivery of goods takes place within 5 days from final confirmation of your order.
Deliveries in Malta and Gozo are made every day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Deliveries may be carried out by Mum n Me personnel or by a third-party courier service.

  • Deliveries are made to the main door at ground floor level.

  • Delivery time is between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

  • On the day of delivery, the courier will call you with an approximate delivery time for your area.

  • If paying in cash, please have the exact amount ready.

  • Cheques and card payments are not accepted at the time of delivery.


4. Delivery Fees

Malta

  • Orders below €50 – Delivery fee: €5.00

  • Orders over €50 – Free delivery

Gozo

  • Orders below €50 – Delivery fee: €5.00

  • Orders over €50 – Free delivery


5. Shipping to Countries Outside Malta

At the moment, we are not offering overseas shipments.


6. Inspection of Goods Upon Delivery

The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon delivery.
If any damage or fault is found, inform the delivery person immediately so they can contact us to resolve the issue.

If the buyer waives the right to inspect the goods, the items will be deemed properly delivered and accepted.
Subsequent complaints will not be considered.


7. Cancellation and Returns Policy

All purchases are generally non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation or withdrawal.

If you wish to return any item purchased from this website, you may do so within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Items can be returned to our premises or we can arrange pickup from your address.

  • The return cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Returned goods must reach us in the same condition as delivered, along with the sales receipt or invoice.

  • Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, and must be unassembled.

  • Maternity and baby underwear are not returnable for hygienic reasons.

  • Delivery fees originally charged are non-refundable.

After return approval, the shop’s returns policy will apply:

  • Exchange of items, or

  • Offset against a new bill, or

  • Full refund via the original payment method.

Refunds may be subject to a processing fee, where applicable.
They will only be issued once the goods are received and confirmed to be in satisfactory condition.
