Instructions for Use:

1. Remove Sachet: Take the sachet of cherry stones out of the waistband located on the back of the belt.

2. Heating Options:

   • Oven Heating:
     • Preheat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius.
     • Heat the sachet for 15 minutes.
     • Warning: Place the sachet on the bottom rack to avoid direct exposure to high heat, which may cause yellowing or darkening. It's recommended to use only the top heating element. For added safety, place a heat-resistant cup of water in the oven to help rehydrate the cherry stones.
   • Microwave Heating:
     • Heat the sachet for 2 minutes at 340 degrees.
     • Warning: Microwaves without temperature controls can overheat the product. Always place a heat-resistant cup of water in the microwave to rehydrate the cherry stones.

3. Check Temperature: Place the sachet on your wrist to ensure it releases only gentle heat. If it feels too hot, allow it to cool for a moment.

4. Insert Sachet: Once at a comfortable temperature, place the sachet back in the waistband.

5. Apply to Baby: Position the belt on your baby’s belly and secure it using the adjustable self-adhesive band at the back. Warning: Ensure the waistband is not too tight around your baby’s waist.

6. Cooling: Allow the sachet to cool completely before reheating and using again.
