1.) Free Delivery to Malta and Gozo on orders over €50. 
2.) A delivery fee of €5 applies if the total is less.
3.) Prepayment by Card Payment is recommended.
4.) Cash on Delivery is accepted.  If paying in cash, please have the exact amount ready
5.) Pickup from shop is possible.  Prepayment by card is required for order to be processed.
6.) Orders are processed within 2 working days.  Once processed, we will CONTACT YOU with delivery or pickup information.
7.) All communication regarding your order is done by email.  Check your spam folder in case our emails are going there.
8.) We confirm the day of delivery with you by email.
9.) We aim to deliver within 3 working days from when the order is processed. This could take a little longer during peak periods, such as, Black Friday and Christmas
10.) The delivery courier will be in touch on the day of delivery regarding the time of delivery in your area.
11.) Requests for a delivery to be made at a specific time frame is not possible.
12.) Delivery is strictly made up to your main door on the ground floor. The delivery courier will not enter your premises.
13.) We do not offer an assembly service.  All products come with easy to follow assembly instructions.
